Account request???

ive been waiting a time and it says on my e-mail that it
was requested succesful and wait patiently it says and i try go in to my char
and it says u need to request ur char ive done it a hundred time's but it still wont work a Game master please help me out of this or more or

Like Cuderon said Shadow master is not a name for Illarion.
