I was adding more words and stuff to my profile and came across ICQ number or somehting like that, what is an ICQ?

Is it a public kind of chat room, or a private messenger program?

It is private, but you can also use it as a chat room...hehe...but its mostly useful if you already know other ppl who has it. I still can´t believe you don´t know it.

Sounds good, I haven't heard of it because me and almost all my friends (from school which I have left) had MSN from Hotmail so I never really looked for another chat thingy.
