White Screen?

ok... now that the account stop is finally off... i thought that I could send a char in to be detirmined... right... no!!! ok so I followed all of the name rules, used all of my char pts, made a sur name, chose my creature to be, filled out all of the rl stuff, made a description... got no errors then when I click create i get NOTHING! just a frozen window... the rest of the computer is fine except the create char. window that one's frozen. just to check i pulled up my internet browser. That was fine went to some funny sites, clicked it closed then I noticed that the screen(only the create char. screen, the desktop and background were all still there and still clickalbe) was WHITE and I mean whit washed, the screenstill had a headding bar and everything, but the buttons were gone leaving a white spot, all of the spaces and bars were gone leaving great white spots, arrgh, so i did it again (i am not gonna rewrite all this so u can reread it to tell what happened the 2nd time, and the 3rd time.) So what so i do?
