Thieves - Named or numbered to make you aware

Ok here are 2 known thieves, a human number 13xxx
a hobbit called Axxxxxx (I believe that is how it is spelt)

Anymore names of known thieves, post them here to keep us all aware of who they are. They MUST be stopped and I believe this will help.

I know stealing isn't forbidden, its just I want people to know hwo some thieves are, both of the 2 above have stole 500g between them from me, I am just making other players aware of this fact
