Why im not able to accept my account?

I wanted an illarion accunt like 2 weeks ago, and the last message i got said: "I regret to tell You, we have not been able to accept your ask for an account for Illarion. Because of the immense number of inquiries, we are not able to explain our refusal."
But why, what does that mean!?

That means, we reject dozens of accounts each day. Thats a huge load of work for us.
We simply dont have the time to tell everybody his mistakes.
