The 17th Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has hereby begun:

The charges are:

1) Brumba accuses the dwarf Neizu of two unjustified attacks and murderings against himself .
2) Deats accuses Neizu of attempted murdering of himself.
3) Deats accuses Neizu of murdering Mandil Aglandol
4) Belegi accuses Neizu of attempted murdering of himself.
5) Avron accuses Neizu of stealing him 8 silver.

May I interfere with the process please? Forgive me, if you will.
There are news that possibly dwarfs Neizu and Dimli might be innocent of the listed crimes, but it is one swarf named Dunthor who commits killings around town, posing as different persons, ruining their reputations. It is possible that he also is able to shift shapes and appear as a different person every time.

((Please read the update on 'Dunthor' subject in the GENERAL forum, we may be talking about a hacker who is to be banned)).

I hereby testify, that Neizu was on a murderous rampage yesterday and did end up attacking me. He also showed me off of a building. It is very possible he also attacked Brumba.

I also testify that there was a dwarf running around town killing people AND his favorite way of getting away from those after revenge was to hide on top of the library roof and when somone came up, shove them off
some people said that this Dwarf's name was "Neizu" but i do not know, he killed me once as well

Attempted Murder of Deats
Murder ofMandil Aglandol
Wrongful imprisonment of Salathe Kankas

On a side note:
Neizu is hereby permanently kicked out of the Bargenmasters!

Dear citizens,
I saw this Neizu committing various crimes, either. If he killed someonce called Brumba I can´t tell you, but he attacked me! A dwarf attacking a female of his own kin... I was so astonished that I forgot to let him pay for his unhonourable deeds. For a quick trial it would be nice if Brumba himself would testify and this Neizu would testify as well.

Ohh I am terribly sorry for holding up the meeting, I didn't mean to I assure you. Although these past few days with the happenings of Dunthor do seem to make Neizu innocent, I don't really think he is. It was not Dunthors style, well you'll see what I mean, it went like this: The attacks happened a few days ago, before this moron....er.. maniac Dunthor began shapeshifting or whatever into everyone. When it happened I was trying to go to the zombies, maybe to kill a couple, maybe not, just to get some insides to get some thread to make a dress for a friend of mine. There was an ork, Ashburg is his name I believe, who stood in the way of the bridge and wouldn't let me cross, he called me names and pushed me. I did the same back, verbally, and said it was odd that an ork could actually speak correctly, which as many of you might know, it is hard to find an ork who speaks with a good common tongue. After about 5 minutes of us argueing and the ork pushing me around the dwarf, who was later correctly identified as Neizu, told the ork to stop it, and told me to be on my way. Well the ork wouldn't move, so I pushed my way thru, thinking the dwarf would back me up, since he was kind of defending me. Well that didn't go too well, the dwarf thought I was wrong for pushing, when the ork had been pushing me for quite some time. He thought he should justify the ork's hurt feelings or whatever, and he killed me! I ran back to the cross, which was a few feet from where I stood, and the Gods allowed me to have a second chance. I told the dwarf that I was going to take him here, to court, and he didn't like that too much, he told me that I couldn't identify him correctly(I couldn't post his number because of some rule), I didn't know his name, and that I wouldnt' be able to try him in court. He tried to keep his identity a secret, but once again killed me just beside the cross because I told him we would go to court. This secretive whatever didn't work however, because a day or so later, he introduced himself as someone in front of me, but it was not Neizu, it was Demli Dogan he said he was. I thought that was him, I didn't know the difference, so I called him "Mr Demli" that made him quite mad and he tried to kill me again, an ork lady came to my rescue and killed him on the spot. An elf asked me what I was doing with Neizu, I said nothing, since I thought that the dwarf was Demli, But the elf told me it was Neizu, and so did everyone else, they identified him for me. So I took it as that. To this day every time the dwarf has seen me he has harassed me. And I get very little peace. I believe it WAS Neizu, since this happened quite a few days ago (and Dunthor's miniscule destruction happened yesterday right?). And there was no change in the personality of the dwarf from then until now, It must have been the same person. He had no reason to get into the verbal fight between me and Ashburg, and no reason to kill me once. Especially not twice. (and saying I'm taking him to court is NOT a valid RP reason to kill) This man should be brought to justice, and I hope that the Lyrenzia can do it, thank you.

Even though I have heard of that event, I believe that the crimes that are also listed should be added to the charges.
