What do people mean by story?

Dont expect detailed answers why you where rejected.
You seem to forget that there where dozens of other Players rejected the same time, its aboslutly impossible to tell each one why they are not accpeted.

After I get e-mail showing the link where I should go, of course I went clicked on link and after that they told me to wait for a reply, then I got another e-mail saying my password and characters name and wait for a reply

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and i'll admit the application system may have it's faults, but you'll just have to be patient and in the mean time browse through the forums.
