Orc runs hastily with crudely written message and nails it to the board with his worn out blacksmith hammer.
The message reads:

"I have searched the island, I have been promised help from man and woman with the names of Elanarith and Callith, but they have not been seen anywhere.
Rumour say they were lost at sea. Who can tell?

To me it matters not, for I can no longer control my urge for meat, for it is too strong, and soon also too late I fear.
Anytime now, any day or hour, I know, I will loose the irondiscpline which keeps it in check, and makes diet on fruit and fish possible.

Bring me meat now, anyone reading this, before hunger for meat takes possesion of soul.

If no one will help me, I fear there is only one way left to feed belly, and this is the option I strive to avoid, allthough it is so hard...
This is my final warning and cry for help,

Malinne glances at the message and struggles to read the chicken scratch. She then writes legibly beneath it:

"I have been getting a little better at summoning food, including meat. It you ever see me wandering in town, just ask."

Orc returns to the see if replies have been given to his desperate calling.
But he seems not as desperate any longer, nor do four other orcs by the name of Wiergraf, Ashburg, Tharge and Grunith who follow with bellies evidently filled with meat.

Orc reads one reply about a mysterious land called America and wonders what that place is like, for never has he heard of such a place, nor does he believes it exists.

"In the nick of time, cloaked wizard outside tavern summond meat for many hungry bellies, avoiding murder and havoc in the town.

You will be remembered long for your deeds, whoever you are.
If you ever read this, please reply, me wishes to know your name, human who forms silent words with the lips and summons meat.

However fed and full the stomach may be to many orc, the curse on the island remains, and not much is there to hunt.
There is still a serious lack of meat and insides, and the crises are not yet over."

Either that, or end up in the belly of hungry and desperate grunt.

Either way, it is the wrong solution to the problem.

One can not quell such a strong urge by use of force.
No belly will be filled by threats of murder.

You will not resolve hunger by murder."
