your character's death has not gone unnoticed... it's just a question of "interaction"... Zerbus would never visit Paul at his grave - why so?

so its a question of willingness but many arent ready for this.

AH YES YET ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH STUPID, SIMPLE MINDED, and ignorant people and dont even relize it.

I was just walking around trying to look for people in town and looks like nobody there? well.. just dandy.. i casted a few fires on BUSHES so noone gets hurt, and since when are player enforced rules A MUST OBEY thing. Someone said dont do it again or i will have no choice, no choice? no choice to what? apparently he did not say. and i was yea sure i wont. Then some ignorant dwarf pops along and asks did you cast those fires I said ever so truthfully said.. yes. Then he starts to attack me! I am like you dont even know what happened and I know they that Dwarf was looking for some lame excuse to kill someone. I dont understand this impulse to kill people. I mean yes lets discuss, such as the first person did but this is just primitive. Revenge I understand, Dispute I understand, but this .. no. You just dont kill people for casting a few fires making the town look a little less DULL, and not hurtig anyone. I have never killed anyoe for casting in town unless it was blocking public pathways or hurting anyone.

I remember when there were about 10 people on you could cast fires and everyone would enjoy the presence of it. What is this, its as if people are brainwashed to kill casters, its all anti-magic stuff. NOTE: NOONE was hurt except me!

I agree with you. This seems to be just a stupid excuse to kill someone.

While casting in town is against Illarion law. It's not against game rules. (at least I don't think it is).

It seems like everyone in the game are all of sudden turned into vigilantes. Everybody thinks they have to enforce the law themselves just as an excuse to kill someone. Why can't everyone just mind their own business?

I admit, my character tries to enforce the laws also. But he does it only if someone is in danger. If no one is in danger or no one's property is threatened he just minds his own business.

It is a saddening fact that Illarion is full of people who seek excuses for PKing. Sure, different characters act differently, and some act more violent then others, but it seems that certain people just walk through Troll's Bane, looking for situations which would give them a valid reason to kill someone.
What Kringin stated is the perfect example. That is NOT roleplay, just badly excused Player Killing.

Unfortunately casting in town is against Illarion law so you leave yourself open to attack if you break it. There are people who RP characters with a taste for blood, a low IQ or sometimes both. This doesn't mean the player has either though.
Break an ingame law and you risk death, break a game rule and you risk being banned. I think this should be reversed

OH yes and again SOMEONE IS ABUSING POWER. THIS TIme a GM!
An elf lady came and killed me and my friend while we were talking and then after that I could not log in because it said "gamemaster kicked you off". The Number waas 13895 or another human beside us I very deeply suspect the elf. You damn power abusers! The hell did i do?! Who ever lied and got me banned you will be cursed for life!

(this matter as been sent notified about) Another fine example of fine power abuse and stupidity! Oh no you you did something bad because someone told me you did something bad and i wont tell you *stamp* {banned} Just plain pathetic, the attitude towards people is very bad and angering by those of higher power.. i believe everyone deserves a conversation or explanation before anything happens.

I was casting at random intervals on a tree, rock, ground grass.. etc. and also talking about our RP pasts and a little OOC (whispering) I was talking to a new friend i made just yesterday. I dont need to powergame I am Happy the way I am. And then Poof someone kills me and ban me. Isnt that just dandy?

I am serious! that is the whole story. Let me start over for you.

I was walking eastwards to the mountains(or atleast supposed to be, flat mountains)to train my 'cun' rune then i met my friend yizzan, i think was his name? so i started casting random intervals meaning like 1 second, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 1 second, etc. then we started to talk about our RP pasts and oter stuff. Then some human asked for sickles and we said no. So we kept talking and continued talking and casting every once in a while like about every 1 or 2 min he would cast on me and i wold tell him how good he was and I would do the same. Then some stupid Elf (girl) poped along and kiled us both then as any Real person would say to a killer ' You B**** ' then i logged then i got back in then i got kicked then i could not log in. I see nothing wrong with this. Its almost as if Magic is Illegal in town and in the wild. You Haters!

And thats whole story with every detail.

I think that losers are making friends with game masters and getting people banned. Stupid POwer abusers!

Illarion only exists ingame therefore Illarion law only exists ingame. Illarion laws are made, upheld or abused by the characters ingame. Your character can become an outlaw and break Illarion laws and not be in breach of the game rules, but your character will face the consequences of his actions in game. Game rules are to prevent you ruining the game by bad RP or exploiting bugs. If your character breaks the game rules then YOU face the consequences of his actions by being banned. From what you've admitted to it doesn't sound like you broke any game rules, as long as no one else could hear your OOC and it didn't go on too long. So either you've forgotten to mention something, you were banned by mistake, or you have another problem.

Yizzan has been informed several Times for Powergaming, i also talked to him when i meet him regualry powering up his Skills.
Yizzan lost his Skills one Time because of beeing reported (as Warning), also i know that you both where casting spells on each other, only from time to time on a random feld.
(Looks to me you got a Lack of Mana Potions or you would have been casted longer and more.)

Also form my Informations you did not whisper while speaking a lot OOC.
Insulting a Game Master for doing his/her Work is a Ban Reason.

Take the Ban, it seems you got caught Powergaming.

I dont use potions, even though i have them, and how am i supposed to know who is a gm? AND I AM NOT A POWERGAMER NEITHER DO I POWERGAME, I know better! DO YOU THINK I WANT TO GET BANNED? stop claiming me as a powergamer!

explain... banning I understand, killing and banning I dont. Nobody was around to hear out OOC understand that, and i know that it is completely legal to talk OOC when nobody is around as well as IC. I say this is complete power abuse.

Casting on each other yea like EVERY 1-2 MINUTEs which is 60 - 120 seconds How am i supposed to do anything anyways if I cant cast? what is it? Is casting totally Illegal? In anyway what-so-ever? How am I to train my runes If i cant cast in the wild? Do you want me to kill anyone? Is it Illegal to cast one someone 2-5 times? hmm? tell me!

I accept the Ban completely which was for no reason and without any given reasonbut there is more then enough time to explain to me. This is the last moment of what had happened:
*pop-Elf appears *poof-yizzan dies *I yell- "killer!?" *poof- i die
and ther was zero speech involved between the girl elf. Its as if they think they are the supreme king or something like a friggin tyrant or something. "oh i am too godly to talk to you" Its called manners and respect if you show them you recieve them. Its common among everyday life...

Hmm, i have only Limited access to Informations, but from thoese i got i can tell you something.

I stopped counting your Spells after i reached the Number of 60 and above. These Spells where spoken in a short Period of Time, seeing you both aimed on each other.

There is no "legal Way" of raising your Magic Resistance due some kind of Training.
So every time you fire a Spell on someone without the clear Propose to harm or kill them, is considered as Powergaming.

To "Killing and Banning":
I think the Killing should lower your Skills, the you gained through your Powergaming.
You insuted the GM heavly after that, and i dont need to quote what you said above.

I still think you Ban is justified.

Aimed on each other bah you are such a L-I-A-R, LIAR! Darlok you are a horrible liar, thinking i would not remember how much time i spent talking to him, you were not even there, how could you even know such a thing? I spent about 15-20 minutes talking to him; as well as casting in the background. It is very easy to cast well over 120(1spell in 2 seconds) spells in less then 10 minutes; that is a short period of time Darlok, you may need another dictionary defining 'short', i may have casted about 30-50 spells NOT ON A PERSON! but just training on the ground withing 15-20 minutes. Now you are up to something i just know it..

Out of mana potions? i had 10 i died at 10 now you count or take lower level math clases. You are indeed trying your best to do bad stuff to me darlok, you are the one who deserves to be banned.

And really I thought that Elf was a sniper which is why I cursed at her. Now You see they tell you that you are not supposed to know who the GM's are but then you cant insult a GM even though you dont kow them? how redundant of a thing to be. I only cursed one word. well, insulting a player is a banreason too

normaly i would do the same.

i see how two players make powergaming, then they have a trainingaccident. if it goes on i kill them first and talk then. Normaly they hear then better. Is there a insulting and the player log out is the only and easiest way to ban. i havnt the time to wait that the player comes back to insult again.

btw, can it be that a real person cant say anything to his killer because he is death?

A little Insight in the Informations i have.
Note: I have heavly edited this Logs, i deleted everything that other Players said or done in this Time, i only show what both of them supposly did.

Even if it looks like you only was the Helpers-Helper, or the Target of the Spells Kringrin, you seem to be guilty of Powergaming.
If not, you still are guilty of insulting a GM.

Why i know that much? I am a damn curios Person, and in the Time i have been playing this Game, i found out who i need to ask to get the Anwsers i want.
