This needs to end! - Possible banning

I logged on just to check how much silver we had, when a new elf walked up to me and started attacking me! Of course I had a bow on, so it hurt. Then, good old Zuljin started casting icebolts on me. I haven't seen the guy in over a month or so, and without any roleplay reason at all, started attacking me again. Bror or Someone with the ability to ban him, please do so! I do not know what on earth you're waiting for, but something needs to be done, and very fast.

Zuljin... my good old enemy Zuljin.

If you kill Zuljin, he will only pg his skills up again. So a banning should be done. He's nothing but a so called PK. PKs don't deserve any respect, they don't deserve to play this game. But if he were a murderer(Roleplaying PK) then I would support him

Gurok, he is a murderer, he has even chased people out into the desert to kill them.
You're just lucky I guess, to be neutral to him.
Haven't you heard everyones complaints? He just starts killing people! They are angry because there isn't a single reason why he does it!

I'm nuetral to him....
yesterday I was blocking his path, A CRIME to him, I've seen him kill many a new peoples for that... he walks up to, turns, goes around, turns and comes back onto his original path....

Why not just do something now instead of waiting for the email approach system? He has PKed so many people for no reason, he ought to be banned/deleted now instead of getting more time.
