Attention!

Ever since Runewick's last medico left town, no one is responsible for maintaining our town's hospital. Accordingly, after tending to one of our wounded locals, medico Amelia Rotholz of Galmair noted the hospital's neglected state and dwindling medical supplies. To ensure the hospital's continued operation, she recommends the procurement of the following supplies:

Medical Supplies:

• 30 health potions (0/30)
• 25 donf blades (0/25)
• 25 heath flowers (0/25)
• 25 foot leaves (0/25)
• 25 firnis blossoms (0/25)
• 25 mandrakes (0/25)
• 25 sibanac leaves (0/25)
• 3 mortars with pestles to grind the herbs into medicinal pastes (0/3)
• 20 bales of white cloth for bandages and such (0/20)
• 5 wooden boards for splints (0/5)

Surgical Instruments:

• 2 scalpels, preferably of merinium or silver (0/2)
• 3 silver scissors (0/3)
• 5 silver needles (0/5)
• 5 balls of fine silk yarn for sewing wounds (0/5)
• 5 pairs of clean, white cloth gloves (0/5)

Miscellaneous:

• 9 bales of white and blue cloth for bedsheets and bedlinen, to be changed after each patient (0/9)
• 3 bales of fine grey cloth and straw for new mattresses. The straw should be changed at least four times per year to prevent vermin. Some mandrake can be incensed in the hospital to smoke out vermin. (0/3)
• 30 apple wood boards to repair bed frames (0/30)
• a broom and some buckets

To ensure adequate treatment of patients, all herbs must be well-preserved, and the tools' quality must be flawless.

Any good citizen or friend of Runewick who wants to help to keep the town's hospital running can donate any of the required goods by bringing them to me, Malchus. I'll make sure they reach our Academic Council and get added to the hospital's inventory. The position of Runewick's town medico remains opens and anyone interested in it is advised to apply with Caswir Drakull.

A Noble mission indeed!

Bernie's Shoppe, on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, would like to volunteer to donate any and all supplies needed for the restocking of Runewick's Hospital.

Please see me anytime prior to Shoppe hours for an individual meeting at the Galmair Harbour to transfer the needed supplies and take orders for what is missing.

Mas is coming and it benefits us all to have fully working and stocked Hospitals in which to work no matter the Realm. It is our hope that through citizen vigilance and our ability to provide, that many lives can be saved this Mas.
