dieser Anschlag soll dazu dienen die Fortschritte und Ergebnisse der letzten Stadtversammlung zu planen und zu protokollieren.

Die Bürger der Stadt sind aufgerufen sich an diesem Thema zu beteiligen. Gerne sind Vorschläge, Zeichnungen und Ähnliches gesehen.
Ein genauer Termin wird noch verlautbart!

The citizens of the town are invited to participate in this topic. Suggestions, drawings and the like are welcome.

My view is as follows.
First and foremost, as an alchemist myself, I do not see the benefits of such a cauldron.
We are already the most well equipped realm for alchemy with our faculty of nature. A faculty where more experienced alchemists are frequently available to advise and ensure those new to the arts do not make too grave of an error.
Our faculty also provides a peaceful environment well suited for alchemy.
The town entrance on the other hand does not. It is crowded, prone to disruption and all kinds of chaos can erupt there should an accident occur. Something that is more likely, both with the lacking supervision of those more knowledgeable in the arts that the faculty provides and with the amount of people traveling in and out of the realm that would risk disturbing any ongoing work of alchemy.
As such, I am opposed to a new cauldron being added anywhere other than the faculty of nature if there really must be another one beyond the four we already have.
If the majority of citizens still think a cauldron must find its place near the town entrance, or the Archmage makes his own decision which leads to it, I would at the very least suggest including it in the remodeling of the Guard House and not just placing it next to the streets out in the open.
