Problem to find user's option (cellphone)

I can't find easily way to check pms (and other user's functions list). Exists at main forum's board way to get into there? I know that new pms should send information in additional bar easily visible.
A method I found to get into pm board is to find someone profile and mark wanting sent pm. There you go into your users settings and remove mark someone nickname in the bar of new message.

Tilt your phone to the side, that makes the bar visible.

On Firefox mobile, the bar with the links to User Control Panel ff won't show up at all. On Chrome mobile, I had the same issue: https://illarion.org/mantis/view.php?id=10913

I log onto forum from android through Chrome. System of android is 4.4.4, so pretty old to the current standards. On previous cellphone also "smartphone" tilting screen did not help. Screen tilted of course but no new menus appeared. But that former phone was a cheap one for oldies. I thought this is the page issue but Katharina was very helpful and quick
