A little heart drawn on a small piece of parchment was slipped underneath each flat, room, and house door. There was a lot of commotion in town by the ones that rented, wondering if this was a bad omen being right after Mas, and a lot asked the witch to do a special spell to prevent any more of these mysterious hearts.

Sighing, Kyre spent the entire day adding a spell to each place that was requested, not even charging coins, though a few slipped her some elven wine in appreciation. As she finally arrived home she heard her children laughing at the table, walked over and saw another heart. The eldest held out the parchment and smiled adding his own words under the heart...

We love you and Papa!

Biting her lip the witch glanced to the door then back to the children before plopping down in the nearest chair obviously tired and somewhat frustrated.

I'm not saying a word to anyone about that spell...

Flat rental contest! This is ONLY for flats

For the next two dwarfen weeks whichever citizen can give the town of Galmair the best bribe, be it volunteer, work, coin, gems, items made, loot or other...will get one flat for a year's rent at half price. The three gold per month flats will go for 1 1/2 gold. The two gold flats will go for 1 gold. This is only an offer to rent for a year.


Bribes must able to be proven, if need someone to watch, ask a Chancellor.

In den nächsten zwei Zwergenwochen bekommt der Bürger, der der Stadt Galmair die beste Bestechung/Spende entrichtet, sei es Freiwilligenarbeit, Arbeit, Münzen, Edelsteine, hergestellte Produkte, Beute oder ähnliches, eine Wohnung ein Jahr lang zum halben Preis. Die Wohnungen, die pro Monat drei Goldstücke kosten, kosten dann nur noch anderthalb Goldstücke. Die Wohnungen, die pro Monat zwei Goldstücke kosten, kosten dann nur noch ein Goldstück. Dieses Miet-Angebot gilt nur für ein Jahr.

Bestechungen/Spenden müssen nachgewiesen werden können. Falls ihr einen Zeugen braucht, fragt einen Kanzler.

Flats half price for as long as you pay up to two year. This offer only good down below and only until the depot is repaired.

For every month the rent is late, the Don may charge an extra 20% per month late fee..this is up to his discretion.
