So, this is a few days old, but my nephew turned 13 on Friday. We went to see them over the weekend, and he's telling me about all the games he plays, asking about what I play. I tell him I barely have time for Illarion, so he starts asking questions about it. I show him screenshots from the home page, give him a basic run down. He decides he wants to play. I explain there is an age requirement, but as soon as he's old enough, I'll help him get started. He starts the "Why?" game. So my lad is trying to help me explain maturity levels, content, etc. The lad tells him that it's in a medieval setting, so you have to speak like you're from medieval times.... Then this happens.

13 yr old: Oh, so you mean like, you have to say "Dost though have a catapult-"
Lad: It's not a catapult, it's a trebuchet.
13 yr old: Oh.... "Dost though have a trebuchet that I may borrow to fire at this donkey?"

... Yeah, not quite there kid. Also, we don't have donkeys anymore.

On a related note, if anyone meets a new char running around like a madman, asking about trebuchets and donkeys... or if there are any unicorns, let me know. I might need to call my sister. It's likely to be a giant, who is also trying to step on people.

Hyleandor al'Aventer grabs into his bag and produces something from it which he tosses into her direction - it is a muffin, probably not the mightiest weapon.
