So, what you mean is, that as soon as those people have left Illarion, we can play again.
That's a bit harsh isn't it?
What did they do? Is it because they have inappropriate names?

No. If this player-names left the list, the server has rebooted and has checked, that no players are on.

I think you missed the point of what he said. He meant that once the
server status list changes it means that the server is back up. This has
happened a few times before.

I noticed my name is on the list, but I am not signed in. Will I have to do something to change it, or do I only have to wait till the list has changed (meaning it has been fixed)?

no that just means that you were online when the server crashed. Once the server is rebooted nobody will be online at first and everyone can play again.

If you mean when will it stop saying that you are playing, that should happen when the server is back online.
