I know I have done wrong I plead guilty to all charges. Please forgive me. I choose Exaile. I am also looking for a god to worship.

So how long shall me Excile be???

To the court of Lyrenzia.

I wintessed all three attacks of this orc on Rynt. Although Rynt didnt provoke him at all he let him bear the burden of his bloodlust. There are several other incidents in which this orc was involved. He stole one ingot from Salathe while we two were trading and also stole a shovel from me only to provoke me duelling him which i did, but without killing him.( i stopped to fight after i noticed he could not harm me) He also used the name of Gargoth to let the people think that Gargoth was the one who threatened Seth Valor in a message signed with the name Smoozer. A couple of days ago i was attacked by him too for nothing except that i wanted to speak with him about his thefts but as i had to fear nothing from such an unexperienced fighter i saw no reason for a trial for this incident alone. Furthermore his general behaviour seemed quite childish and aggressive. I never saw anyone insulting and pushing around that many people in such a short time.

If i may add my humble opinion: Put him on a raft as soon as possible if we fail to do this soon there will be more victims like Rynt who did nothing wrong but to wander the streets unarmed and without armour. He preys on the weak and tries to hide behind the law from the righteous punishment by the strong, such a person has no place in our society.

I admit that i have raised my weapon against him inside the town in order to save Rynt`s life. I will take every punishment the court sees apropiate for this.

Because of the importance of these Points, i demand Prison, as only aviable Punishment.

This orc should be locked away, for a very long Time.

I never sent Seth a message with the name signed Smoozer. Why did you tell lies I also give Salathe his Ingot back while he found me. SO why do you bother with these lies?

Ich ziehe hiermit meine Anklage zurück.

Bingem entschuldigte sich in aller Öffentlichkeit für seine Vergehen mir gegenüber.
Er versprach mir meine Schäden,die er mit dem Diebstahl verursachte,innerhalb einiger Tage zurück zu zahlen.Sollte dies nicht geschehen,ich habe Zeugen dafür,werde ich wieder Anklage erheben.

Ich denke,ich tue ihm damit einen großen Gefallen.
Wir werden sehen,wie er sich in den folgenden Tagen und Wochen verhält.

Me and Dhalism worked out a deal also so Why send me on a raft when other people did worse than me. I am trying to give back all I stole

Hagen all the things you said were not true except the Salthe ask him I gave his ingot back to him. And I never signed Smoozer on anything. I have nothing to do with him so Why did you lie I think you are the one that should be put on a raft out of here.

The fact is you stole. Just because you gave it back does not make it right. And are you forgetting the fact you tried to kill me three times?

If this is your will, we will close the charge against yourself.
For the charge against Darlok, this trial will run the whole five days.

The punishment will be announced at the end of the trial.

Lyrenzia do not charge Darlok for anything. It is ridiculous (spelling?) for you to have Bingem guilty of everything and yet you are still going on with Darlok's trial.
If you continue this and find Darlok guilty, you will have a war on your hands, I promise you that.

i am very thankful for you loyality in this case, but you dont need to wage a war agains Lyrenzia if they judge me guilty.
All my Actions against this ugly little creature where justified, no matter what Lyrenzia will say.

Threats do not help Darlok's trial at all, even thought you might have had a different view on the matter, Grant.

The 11th Judicial Trial of the Lyrenzia Foundation has been closed:

The judgements are:

1) Bingem Durthrotgar accuses Darlok of being murdered by him.

Darlok is innocent!

2) Darlok accuses Bingem Durthrotgar of unjustified attacks on Dhalsim and Grimbard.
3) Dhalsim accuses Bingem Durthrotgar of stealing 250 strong healing potion.
4) Seth Valor accuses Bingem Durthrotgar of stealing 30 mana potion.
5) Rynt accuses Bingem Durthrotgar of three unjustified attacks on himself.

Bingem Durthrotgar has plead guilty in all charges!

2) and 5): The killing or attempt to kill without a valid reason is not allowed. (10 hours of prison)
3) and 4): Stealing from another person is not allowed. (6 hours of jail)

As he plead guilty (but not within the first two days) in all cases, we reduce it on 14 hours of prison.

Procedural Details after an accused is found guilty:

The punishment "Exile" will be removed from our judicial system.
When the Guilty verdict is delivered to a crime, the accused will be put into prison by a councilor of Lyrenzia.
When the Guitly verdict is delivered to a "stealing" type crime where payment is necessary to the victim, the accused will have 3 days to pay back the victim, or make arrangements with victim for later payment, or pay to Lyrenzia first if he can't find the victim.
Payments and arrangments must be confirmed by a Lyrenzia Councilor.
If payment or arrangements are not made until 3 days, then the accused will be thrown into prison, until arrangements are made.
After payments or arrangements are made, the same procedures of prison as described above will follow.

So you have to make arrangements with Dhalsim and Seth Valor within three days. After this period, your prison time starts.

As Bingem Durthrotgar hasn't made any arrangements to give the stolen items back, he will be put into prison now.
