Lyrenzia Foundation: Judicial trial / Gerichtsverfahren #12

Post by Lyrenzia Foundation »

The 12th. trial will begin now.
This is the charge:

1) Jhon Sivan accuses the orc Steton Longhorn for betraying him on 10 ingots and 50 gold nuggets.
2) Jhon Sivan accuses the orc Steton Longhorn for murdering him twice.

His testimony is the following:
Jhon Sivan wrote:we had a deal for exchange of goods and he did not pay when I asked him to pay he killed me the next day I asked him to pay and he said I would have to kill him first.
the day affter he stole cabagge from my garden and when I tryed to get in his way and dragg my cabagge back he killed me agin.
I would like a trial for 50 gold nuggets and 10 silver the amount he owes and 2 counts of murder + any conditions the foundation sees fit for the cabagge whitch I don't have a count of how many he took I know it was over 24 but past that am clueless.
Crosis knows some info.

All I really know is that I seen this orc he called himself Senton, and later Jhon told me that he stole from him and killed him, so I told Jhon to get a trail against him.

The 12th. trial has ended.
This was the charge:

1) Jhon Sivan accuses the orc Stenton Longhorn for betraying him on 10 ingots and 50 gold nuggets.
2) Jhon Sivan accuses the orc Stenton Longhorn for murdering him twice.

2): The killing or attempt to kill without a valid reason is not allowed. (10 hours of prison)
1): Stealing from another person is not allowed. (6 hours of jail)

As he plead guilty within the first two days in all cases, it will reduced to 12 hours of prison.

Procedural Details after an accused is found guilty:
  • The punishment "Exile" will be removed from our judicial system.
  • When the Guilty verdict is delivered to a crime, the accused will be put into prison by a councilor of Lyrenzia.
  • When the Guitly verdict is delivered to a "stealing" type crime where payment is necessary to the victim, the accused will have 3 days to pay back the victim, or make arrangements with victim for later payment, or pay to Lyrenzia first if he can't find the victim.
Payments and arrangments must be confirmed by a Lyrenzia Councilor.
If payment or arrangements are not made until 3 days, then the accused will be thrown into prison, until arrangements are made.
After payments or arrangements are made, the same procedures of prison as described above will follow.

So you have to made arrangements with Jhon Sivan within three days. After this period, your prison time starts.

As Stenton Longhorn hasn't made any arrangements to give the stolen items back, he will be put into prison now.
