Question of Game rules
I have a question of game rules. If character A attacks and sends character B to Cherga for some crime (theft, attack, following the dark god) and Cherga sends character B back from death, is character B safe from being hunted from character A till character B does another crime? And would still following the same god you were hunted for before qualify as a new crime? This is not directed at anyone person or situation, its just a puzzle of the game rules that has always bothered me about PVP.

Re: Question of Game rules
I'm giving a best guess and will see if others have something more definite
Here is the rule: http://illarion.org/illarion/us_rules.php#behavior
Character B should be off his feet and healing for a certain time period, so in this case it is against the rules to res-kill and poor RP (IMO) for Character B to even attempt showing up again until healed.
Also... unless Character B sees a god and quits his actions becoming suddenly a "Robin Hood" fellow, I see no problem in again assuming you can hunt them down.

As far as your question.. *whispers* I am going to copy Nitram's way to answer..The purposeful attacking of a character without clearly traceable and reasonable roleplaying reason is forbidden. Immediate killing of a character right after resurrection ("res-killing") is not allowed.

Did the character change at all? Is the roleplay for the original hunt still in effect? Once a character is banned from a town unless they prove they have changed they will stay banned.. I see this as the same type of thing. And would still following the same god you were hunted for before qualify as a new crime? Your questions origin and it's problem is that you only see As side. A is obviously a good-Doer and it sees it's purpose to educate everyone who wasn't born with the same bright sense of Moral or Justice or an insane Arrogance (Let's call A - Adolf from now on). Adolf's problem is that Bernadette who might deserve his justice doesn't want to change at all. She might consider all his believes bullshit. Bernadette sees Adolf as troublesome rival for power, nothing more nothing less. While Adolf thinks he could teach Bernadette like she was a subject. If we change The B to A and the A to B, your approach will prove wrong itself.
Can Bernadette expect Adolf to become more like her if she gives him a proper bashing from time to time or maybe tortures him a little? And if he still refuses to not pay his taxes and become bad like Bernadette, She will hunt Adolf until he learns proper behaviour.... that means to behave like Bernadette would. If you want Bernadette to answer no, your Adolf should too.
Education through force just doesn't happen.
PS.: More or less half the teachings your parents did to you are actually harmful, especially the assumption that they know how the world is supposed to be.

The Origin was actually wondering how supporting the actions of A would discourage player B to feel abused and stop playing.
