Ulquiorra Dreadhart, challenged to a duel due to blunt lies and insults against the Third House and Her Royal Majesty, did present the following terms:
Each warrior is permitted only 8 items for battle
Either warrior is permitted to use any part of their arsenal that they choose so long as it fits the 8 item limit, excluding poison
The duel shall take place within the confines of the blood circle arena and shall end when one is knocked to the ground, dies, or yields
The victor is permitted to lay claim to the fallen's held weapon
Magic, whether arcane, divine, or demonic is prohibited
The choice of date and time as well as the publicity of the event is to be decided by the Templewarrior himself
The Templewarrior agreed on the presented terms under the following conditions:
The challenger and challenged are the only fighting participants of the duel.
All fighting participants are regarded as warriors.
Magic is defined in accordance to the Hermetic School of Runewick.
The fight will be held publicly and begin with the highest sun of the the 12th of Siros.
The Templewarriors choice of arment is spear, axe, belt, a pair of greaves, one cuirass and two filled bottles.

Result of the Duel
The duel was delayed due to Dreadheart failing to make his appearance in time. The very polite and mannered request of the challenged one had been heard and instead of the traditional interpretation of a failed appearance, admittance of guilt, amends were made.
Both parties agreed on dropping one of their previously defined conditions, namely starting time and the limited number of items.
The fight itself was over quickly with Dreadheart felled to the ground, grievously injured.
Dreadhearts weapon held at the moment of his defeat may be given to Huntress Sefja, who resides in Galmair until the end of the month for practice of self-dicipline, or any other member of the Third House.
Honour to the Ushak-Skath and long live the Chosen of the Goddess,
By Lettarius. Who can find a hint of a tragic note on the Templewarriors break with his tradition to lose each and every duel.
