The rank of the army foreign affairs is strictly army. It does not claim or make deals for galmair. It is for army use only. as to make deals for trade specifcly for the army. And to try to keep conflict at bay that directly involves the army. Not to interfere with Galmair issues. I have no say in non related army issues.
