As brother K'shire of the Crimson Order did point out already the end of this cycle of warmth and cold, which the God of Blood does claim for himself, does come near.
It is commonly known that the God of Blood does let his forces launch an offensive during these days, seeking not to conquer but to lay waste.
There forces consist of either already tainted creatures in the realm of the mortals or minions joining the fight through portals close to the settlements.
One such portal site has been active for the last cycle in front of the Bloodcircle Arena, marked by a flag of a golden eagle and indications of some sort of army camp behind the portals. Hostile activity in that area has decreased drastically during the second half of the cycle, indicating the tainted forces are gathering for the upcoming offensive.
Cadomyr can pride itself being the host of four holy sites. Due to the hatred of the God of Blood towards the other Gods these sites, among with the populated areas will be the target of the upcoming attack. A couple of circles ago the Temple of Zelphia was lost due to a lack of defenders, such tragedy must not happen again.
A defence plan based on that knowledge:
Following Places of Her Majesties Realm are of spiritual or strategical value (in decending importance):
- -The Fortress of Cadomyr itself
-The Headstone of Honesty
-The Holy Site of Ushara
-The Island of Sirani
-The Cantambi Bridge
The Cadomyrian forces should split in three. The largest group should set up at the well defendable Kantabi Bridge to decimate the attackers numbers. Should the enemy numbers start to overwhelm or enemies manage to flank around, that group should fall back to man the Fortress and Headstone. The other two, smaller groups should set up at the Island of Sirani and the area around Usharas Shrine. The latter group will be isolated and have to make due with what they have. All other groups are either in earshot or even eyesight of each other and can change composition according to situation. All holy sites should have one person dedicated to attend the wounded and the dying.
Templewarrior Ssar'ney strongly suggests to follow orders of higher ranking Cadomyrians or seasoned Soldiers of the Crimson Order to avoid confusion.
While merely a suggestion at this date, this defence plan will be brought forth at Her Majesties audience to be made official.
