That may be related, I didn't know about that though and I would be pretty happy if they implement that cause people are gonna roleplay the name introductions anyway, aren't they?

Yes, people have always roleplayed name introductions but the "lookat" in the past has information more on what is "seen" by one character when "looking" at another, for instance a particular tattoo or something not shown on the paper doll.
