Short questions - exist IG NPC's which recipes ? Or do you get more options when your skill is raising ?
I suppose there is no cooking recipe book

As your cooking level raises, you'll gain more options of items to cook! And you are correct (as far as I know), there isn't a recipe book.

I've made hundreds of rolls, but I have not one rank in cooking. Am I doomed to be forever limited to baking rolls?

Make something else besides rolls.. sausage, cook ham etc. I think there is still a bug in rolls.
