New newspaper - new hope
You are reading the first edition of the Halfling's Voice! Our topics are political education, thoughts on the halfingisation and the halfling's life in general. The editions will be pusblished whenever it is necessary to inform the people of Illarion about various events or discoveries. We are standing for truth, values and good.
Glourious Revolution
The Revolutionary Halflings Front has proven that it is an unstopable force. The member of the Front were welcomed with great cheer by the people of Galmair. While there were some reservations on a few topcis, they mostly agreed with the demands of the Revolutionary Halflings Front (They certainly want their cakes instead of useless stones). The people of Galmair were especially shocked when they learnt that their so-called Don is wasting their taxes on dangerous, feculent and secret pig races.
Despite most Galmarians being happy to have demonstrating halflings in their town, there were also some trouble makers. An ugly orcess and an woman called Uhuru. They threatened to eat the brave halflings! It wasn't the first time that Uhuru publicly stated this monstrous appetite. It saddens us to see that some humans copy the disguting and cruel behaviour of orcs. But our ancestors fought and freed themselves from the orcs and so will we!
Halfling killed by cultists
We are deeply saddened by the death of the halfling Xavier Silverbottom. He was murdered by clutists. We ask the gods to take care of his soul and to take care of his family and friends. According to various reports, he was muredered by someone who calls himself "Overlord" (Uh, how fancy! Bah!). It is also said that Uhuru is mingling with that cultist. Considering her display of hate for halflings and the fact that the victim was a halfling, the case seems clear.
What to drink when eating stew?
It has been a discussion since ages: Drink cider or mead when eating stew? Every halfling seems to have various arguments for the one or the other. But we say: Why worry? Just drink both!

Neue Zeitung - neue Hoffnung
Ihr lest gerade die erst Ausgabe der Halblingsstimme! Unsere Themen bestehen aus politischer Bildung, Überlegungen zur Halblingisierung und dem Halblingsleben im Allgemeinen. Die Ausgaben werden veröffentlicht, wenn es notwendig ist, die Leute Illarions über verschiedene Ereignisse und Entdeckungen zu unterichten. Wir stehen für Wahrheit, Werte und das Gute.
Glorreiche Revolution
Die Revolutionäre Halblingsfront hat bewiesen, das sie eine unaufhaltsame Kraft ist. Die Mitglieder der Front wurden mit großem Jubel von den Bewohnern Galmairs empfangen. Obgleich es ein paar kleinere Vorbehalte gegen einige Themen gab, stimmten sie den meisten Vorderungen der Revolutionären Halblingsfront zu (Auf alle Fälle wollen sie Kuchen statt nutzloser Steine). Die Galmarianer waren besonders schockiert als sie erfuhren, dass ihr sogenannter Don ihre Steuergelder für gefährliche, widerliche und geheime Schweinerennen verschwendet.
Obwohl die meisten Galmarianer erfreut darüber waren, dass die demonstrierenden Halblinge in ihrer Stadt waren, gab es ein paar Störenfriede. Eine häßliche Orkin und eine Frau namens Uhuru. Die drohten damit, die mutigen Halblinge zu fressen! Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass Uhruru öffentlich ihren monströsen Appetit kundtat. Es erfüllt uns mit Trauer, dass einige Menschen das widerliche und grausame Verhalten der Orks nachmachen. Aber unsere Vorfahren haben gekämpft und sich von den Orks befreit und so werden auch wir kämpfen!
Halbling von Kultisten ermorder
Wir sind über den Tod des Halblings Xavier Silverbottom tierf erschüttert. Er wurde von Kultisten ermordert. Wir bitten die Götter sich um seine Seele zu kümmern und seiner Familie und seinen Freunden beizustehen. Verschiedenen Berichten zu folge war der Mörder jener, der sich "Overlord" (Uh, wie einfallsreich! Bah!) nennt. Es wird auch berichtet, dass Uhuru sich mit selbigen abgibt. Wenn man bedenkt, wie sie ihren Hass auf Halblinge zur Schau gestellt hat und den Umstand, dass das Opfer ein Halbling war, spricht der Fall für sich selber.
Was soll man zum Eintopf trinken?
Diese Diskussion wird seit Jahren geführt: Trinkt man Cider oder Met, wenn man Eintop isst? Jeder Halbling scheint seine Argumente für das ein order andere zu haben. aber wir sagen: Warum sich drum kümmern? Einafch beides trinken!
