Re: A Logical Conclusion
A note is written in a simple commoner caligraphy, without any intricacy in style, but with proper grammar nonetheless.
This nonsense of a parchment chunk is complete fraud, which would be decent if it was not entirely idiotic of an attempt at framing Galmair.
When I receive assignments, they are never on parchment. They are given verbally in person, via private audience, so as not to create exactly the kind of "evidence" as this false piece claims to be.
What idiot would write a letter, a physical document, to a mercenary, to commence a job? Surely not Friedolin Brunsberg. Anyone who has ever dealt with me, knows that there is never a paper trail. Your days are numbered, Fooser. Wits are failing you, you're slipping up.
Bronn.

Re: A Logical Conclusion
Very well, I will play your game of written charades, since you hide too well from my sword.
Let's consider more valuable facts. Fooser was governor of Troll's Bane on Gobaith. Gobaith exploded due to poor leadership and irresponsible governance of the vile lizard. It is easy to put two and two together. Now he wants to explode you all.

Re: A Logical Conclusion
Ending The Feud
Some time ago I announced the death of a friend that was very dear to me, Vern Burnhammer. It seems I was hasty. Having found none of his remains, and hearing rumors of his presence abroad, I went on a six month trip so see for myself. It turns out that he is alive and (relatively) well.
This lengthy trip has had me thinking of home, Gobaith, and what was my home away from home, Galmair. When I arrived in this region I chose Galmair because it reflected my existence, a lizard of business. One who began on Gobaith as a gem miner and simple barterer. I worked until I had an extensive ore business worth many gold coins. The honesty of business is refreshing when compared to scowling faces with hidden agendas.
My life in Galmair was turned upside down when refugees from Gobaith washed ashore. I felt that the Don did not treat some of my former friends very well and we parted ways, causing a feud that has now lasted years. This is a simple fact of life: Family members will have disagreements. And eventually with time they will move past them. Galmair has changed a lot since I left for the better, in large part because of the refugees from Gobaith. The veil of darkness has lifted from Galmair. I have negotiated indirectly with the Don to end the feud and am extending an apology to him. I will also be giving a voluntary donation to the donation box to benefit all citizens for past misunderstandings.
Cadomyr was a home when I no longer had one. The Barons of old, Salathe and Tyan foremost among them, along with those of the present, The House of the Sea Serpent, will forever be my brothers.
In the coming days I will be going home to Galmair joined by Vern and hopefully some other friends. When we arrive we will do as we have always done: Work hard and fight hard.
The first order of business: Putting an end to Hew Keenaxe.
