Characters not being received

PM me for account name but for some reason the new client is not receiving my characters.

They are likely missing some info. Log into your account via the website to complete them (skin color, etc.).

My character's being received, but when it's finished loading into the game, it just instantly shuts the program down.

Anyone have a clue what's up? :)
