The Timotheus/Flynn Case - What proof do we have?
Well I have proof, the killer says Tim hit him first. But what drives this madman to kill Tim?
The man claims his *other* character did it, which is OOC, and killing w/out reason.
Two banning reasons, if I ran around yelling, THIS GAME ROKS and killed someone, I would be banned. Same scenario in this case.
The man is dead sure hes going to be banned, he called me some vulgar words (OOC!) before he ran, and I caught him transfering his things to (Flynn?) 18566 or something like that.
Then he ran up to me, he said the things again, I got a screenshot, but to my dismay I realized the HTML is off for this forum! Drat!
Anyway this is going in circles.

Thank you very much, Erdrick for your support.
I am really sorry that you're involved in this way, right-now. I tried to "solve" the problem in my role as 'Timothius' (look at RPG - Board) because I was only insulted ingame.
I hope this person will be baned.
Greetings

Listen up Mr. Erdrick. You too Tim. I know what happened and I know EXACTLY what you did. But since you got your story to the public first, I guess no one will believe the truth now. Flynn is very sorry for whatever reasons, but I am still not. Tim deserved to die for attacking me and stealing from Flynn. He was just upset that he got rightfully killed that he complained and labeled Flynn and me PKers. Flynn is no longer a part of this story. It is me you are dealing with and there is nothing you can do to change that. I am no PK, I killed you, Tim, out of defense and justice. Flynn was a victim, not a criminal. I know you will make sure I am banned for this (being the kind of person you are Erdrick) but I am not sorry about any of this and if I could go back and change one thing...I wouldn't have said that thing about "pulling your head out of your @## so you can clearly see the light of day." I would have said "Pull your head out of your @## so you can see clearly the light of day you pompus, overexaggerative pile of pig refuse. Flynn didn't do anything but YOU cant seem to clearly see that." With that said I would like to say goodbye to all my online friends because I am now sure that Erdrick will see to it I am banned. Goodbye, Grennard, Bojo, Sidirourgos, Hannibal Lector, Sir Cartman, Shinji Ikari, Kaijanoi, Malgallad, Fulige Hairfoot, Torment Legionnaire, Cain Freemont, Maester Alazlam, Eilene Beolve, and of course, Flynn, who I am most sorry to that I have failed. I am sorry Flynn. Good bye my friends. I wish that I could have lived a better life in Illarion rather than being banned by a pompous lawyer-impersonator.
Sincerely or not,
Beowulf Roughknight

If you didn't do anything wrong like you said, what makes you so sure you'll get banned? Erdrick is just another player. What makes you think he can "make sure" you'll get banned?
I didn't see any of these things, but it seems more like you know you did something wrong and therefore you know you'll get banned.
And with vulgar remarks like these: "Pull your head out of your @## so you can see clearly the light of day you pompus, overexaggerative pile of pig refuse." It's no wonder if you don't get the benefit of the doubt.

Lol. Dyluck I read that you were leaving. No matter. The reason for my lengthy speech was that yes, I did do something wrong. I killed a man. But as I said, it was of justice and defense. I figured, however, that I would still become banned due to Tim running off screaming PK!! PK!! When I was just protecting myself. As I also said before, whichever side of the story gets to the public first, that's the one they will believe (REGARDLESS OF HOW TRUE) That is why I gave up in this thread stating that I had done something wrong. Did I say I was proud to kill him? No. Did I say I wanted to kill him? No. I was defending myself and passing justice.

P.S. Why doesnt Tim. speak for himself? Can he not argue his OWN story for himself?
P.P.S. That "vulgar" remark seemed to brighten everyone's faces on that dreary morning with bright, joyous laughter. ( aka everyone laughed at the "vulgarity" ) Worth getting a crappy character (due to magic system revamp) banned? I think so.

Dear Mister Beowulf Roughknight,
I am able to speak for myself - sure - but our conflict was an ingame conflict, and I'll try to solve it in an "ingame" way - putting a reward on your head, like you've maybe read on the rpg-board.
If you insulted Erdrick out of character it's an other problem you'll have to face. I had no ooc-problems with you, so this threat doesn't bother me.
If you'll be baned it'll be for bad roleplay, not for killing me.
Yours "Timmy"

Yes well, my "ooc" comment against Erdrick was meant to be in character. I was just really pissed. Wouldn't you be too if someone did that? Ok then. Look, of course, it was a sign of bad role-play, but who actually IS role-playing these days? The only people I have ever seen are people in the thousands rather than 10,000's..with a few exceptions of course. It is probably because everyone that is older knows to stay away from town now that the new maigc system is in play, thus giving newbies an outstandingly high edge against older people. I just dont think that a "bounty" on my character's head is such a resolving method...your character was just looking to get revenge because he was beaten by someone else. But no matter... I am going to play until I get banned or til this game becomes so corrupt that it COMPLETELY ruins Illarion. Forgive me for the bull@%^ I gave you. It is all I can ask.
>Beowulf<
P.S. I am going to "roleplay" I am actually good at maintaining a role, just not when there are so many things going on at once.

I don't need to forgive you, but Timmy must. I never was insulted - I am the player of Timmy - if you want to be apologized you should ask Timmy ingame/or on the rpg board- not me.
Putting a reward on your head is a legal way of playing a role. Timmy is a rich person, he doesn't need to fight some killers will do this job for him...
Greetings

Lol, I meant that as an ic kind of thing Tim, I know it shouldnt be placed here but Im not going to be on Illarion for a little while anyways. I probably should have posted some of that in an rpg board.

You should simply post a sentence like: "I am really sorry Tim" on the rpg board. And like I even tried to tell you: I am NOT Tim, my name is Michael, if you wanna know. So plz don't post your apology here, it's senseless:
TIMMY CAN'T READ OOC STUFF!
greetings
Michael

That is funny. I said, that you are breaking rules. Nothing about banning!
Then, you flipped out, and your cronie there laughed when you insulted me.
I believe Tim's story much more than yours, because I see Tim making an effort to roleplay
(Anyway, even if I wanted you banned, I couldn't do it. It is Bror's decision.)
