Elderly dwarf harassment

I was in Trollsbane fer trades en preachen i was yes yes ,involved a few beers it did yes ,and rather than go outside the walls fer the calls o' nature i chose a wall in town i did .Mind this is during Mas!.Not safe outside no no,when i gets harrassed by town officials,
yes yes instead o' looken te folks welfare they try to fine old dwarfs fer haven a pee and threatens the gibbit if i nay pays.( i did na pay)
My points is if yer gots nothen betters te do that pick on old clergydwarfs ,then yer needs to look at yer job description or puts in some water closets.
I write this fer a warnens to other elderly traders and as a town management reminders i do yes yes.

I've never been a fan of the Guard, always flexing their muscle and either overly officious or abusing their title. Nothing like a fine of a couple of coppers to put a Dwarf's back up! They are like magpies them lot.
