Roster

> Hunters:-

Gurk *** (4 ratings) ** (0 ratings) *(0 ratings)

Nicolas Lemarius *** (0 ratings) ** (0 ratings) *(0 ratings)

Henry La'Cloud *** ( 0 ratings) ** (0 ratings) *(0 ratings)

> Gatherer/Forrester:- Vacent

A hunter's job is to gather meat, fur and leather etc. More experianced hunters will choose more dangerous prey such as rotworms or super/unatural beings for trinkets and gems etc.

A Gatherer or Forrester's job would be collecting herbs, wood, fruits and farming produce. Even planting trees in the wilds to help wildlife prosper.

Location

> We are located all over the wilds of Gobaith but meetings can be held at the camp east of Trollsbane between Kallahorn and the swamp.

Odviously some of our members can be located in the towns they hold citizenship and live in.

What do we do?

> Collect herbs, materials and food.
> Guide herb collecters or travelers through dangerous terrain (gatherers in the guild get free protection)
> Exterminate any vicious beasts or Super/unatural creature thats entered a settlement.
> Treasure hunt and go on excavations.
> Scout unknown areas and offer information.
> Our strongest fighters can be called upon in a last line of defense due to dire situation. But minimal contact with political influences.

Who are we?

> We are a band of huntergatherers who get together and help eachother in our specialized field of expertise.
> We have no leader or take orders
> We have a CODE that we follow, failure to do so like an indavidual ruining the trust and respect from the other members, that will result in no help being given when needed in some cases once removed from a cirlce of friendship and trust the code breaker will find it difficult to get back in.

Code

> Respect nature, to abuse it only results in your own difficulties in future hunts.

> Only in self-defence can you kill intelligent wildlife like Goblins, Gnomes, Ogres and Gnolls etc. Attacking first and desicrating their lairs and camps may result in another war like the Goblinwars.

> Leave the animals skull where you have hunted to show other hunters to leave the animals in that area alone to repopulate.

> Always help your fellow members, this way we all help each other. One weak link will break the chain and exit the circle.

> Avoid politics as much as possible, the only thing you should be interested in is the fair prices of your materials in certain towns and kingdoms.

> Do not get a bad reputation, doing so effects us all.

> Its your own choice to to take on jobs and tasks such as exterminating stray beasts or the supernatural. You are your own boss and you only answer to the code not another hunter.

> Painful or contagous poisons are forbidden, we are professionals not brutes. Tranquelizing agent or instant heartstopping syrum may be used on prey so they feel no pain, this may even appeal to certain punters who are sympathetic towards there purchased prey.

The perks of being in the Guild

> People will see the boards and recognise you as a hunter or a gatherer.

> Customers will rate you're services on this board and recommend your services to other punters. (see rating section of the board)

> The bigger the guild the more members will be around to asisst you on big hunts and trade materials with you.

> Free advertisement of your expertise and up to date information of what customers wish to perchase.

Hunters rating

A unique rating idea in the guild is to rate your hunter or gatherer with stars followed with a brief comment. 3stars (***) being the best rating will show a huntergatherers good reputation, good stock and reliable timing.

This will help a customer that views the board to see the best hunter to perchase from or hire and gives incentive to the members to do well and follow the code.

Greetings again people of Gobaith

I am currently overstocked with commen herbs, black thistle being the most in stock.

Perhaps there is somebody willing to purchase these herbs for a very low price, i will even squeeze oil out the thistles if requested.

Three stars for the Hunter's Guild for supplying me with fur and other things. Trade with the hunters is pleasant and the prices reasonable.

I would like to thank hunter Gurk for his supply of herbs and service. It couldn't have come at a better time! I recommend all to use the guild's services, for it is very useful and a great service.

Except the herbs. I buy them. They are mine.

A call out to the other hunters of the guild or would be hunters to yet join!

I have a client that has requested :- 100 lamb meat and 100 rabbit meat.

Times running short and id like to keep the client happy. I have half of each order and will split the payment with whoever foots the other 50 of both meats.
