Bags dropped in the drow cave lose all their contents. We picked up Cyrus' bag right after it was dropped and all the contents were gone. Athian picked up some a day after the drow uprising and all were empty. Is this expected or a bug?
So, a couple of isses:
1) dropped items were there a day later
2) bags were all empty, even moments after being dropped
*edit* Athian gave me two lamps he found in the drow cave after the quest. When I relogged, both lamps were gone. One from my main bag and the other from my depot. The lamps had been set with a druid rune to not rot, so they should have been there. Not sure why they disappeared.

Re: Bag issue in drow cave
Items may vanish at different speed. To add to the confusion, the way items disappear is highly complicated and difficult to calculate, even if you understand the process. This has already been changed on the testserver, i.e. the VBU will contain a better solution.

Sure, bags disappear, but not items within a bag, leaving the bag behind.Vilarion wrote:Items may vanish at different speed. Please see my original post. I have edited it.
Re: Bag issue in drow cave
Items in bags rot when the bag is on the floor. These items rot seperately from the bag itself. They even rot when the bag is in a container (not a depot) on the map.
Edit: About the lamps: Seems like the druid magic did not work as expected

Re: Bag issue in drow cave
The druid magic worked for a very long time on the lamps. Why would a lamp disappear from a bag on my shoulder or from my depot? None of that makes sense.
