When can i play?

My account has been accepted but when i start the game ( at least i pressed the Illarion icon ) it loads ( still black ) and its says you account hasnt been accepted yet .... but thats not true i got mail it is!
can anyone help pls ... ty

After becoming the mail, that your account is ok (you have answered the two questions and become a mail back?) it takes some time until the one, making the accounts has given your name to the one, who is responsible for the server to set the char free.

btw. this was answered many times in this forum.

I wonder if people EVER use the Search option
