dissapearing items...

Every single item i had is GONE!!!!
and most of my magicic skills are gone and same for fighting skills adn some crafting skills.
who do i PM/e-mail for such a thing???

The exact same thing happened to me, I lost all my items and the bottom half my skills are gone. I PMed Shi'voc. And I think Xerake lost some items too.

Lucky, I had bought some Plate armor and I lost it, but this happened a month ago and it happened when I put it on the ground (it disappeared after 4 seconds).
