Revocation of Fooser's Exile

We ask the Court of Lyrenzia to temporarily revoke Fooser's exile, to allow new negociations to take place.

He kills even in exile allowing him back into town is a bad idea I strongly disagree!

Fooser has failed to make any appeasement motion, and we thus ask that the state of exile be reinstated.
