Password reset bugged

I went to log into illa to make a new char, however it said the password or user was incorrect, so I tried it again and again and the same thing happens.
So I tried creating a new account in hopes of making it work and cant even do that ((I know its against the rules, was trying to figure out prob)) . So I CAN log into illa atm, but I cant access my account so how does that work?!..
When I click reset pass i enter my email and then it sais quote " The Password/User are unknown and not registered" unquote..

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you are using the right e-mail adress? I have 3 and it took a few tries to find the right one for illrion. Good luck.

And are you sure that you try to log in with your ACCOUNT name to the account system rather than a character name?

And what exactly happens when you try to create another account?

I am sure I am using the right account name ..
I cleared cache, cookies etc and Im sure the pass is correct, for ex. When I log into forums I use the same pass as my Illa log in and it logs me into the forums, however when I perform the same thing on the illa account login it sais incorrect. Then when I attempt to email support for this, it sais account email is inccorrect/ no account has this email associated with it.

** When I try to create another account I go through the steps with a different email an then I click confirm and then it returns to the main create new account menu?
