Traped

I (my char. Kincent Rashful) was wondering out side of town to the north were the zoimbes are i found a hole there (i pretty new about a week i think) any way i went down to see what it was....Now i stuck in there is this a glick or what plz. help

walk back onto the ladder, you will reappear at the surface.

I couldn't i walk up to the ladder cuz i walked over to a table and some how i was traped on the other side of the table, but i loged on and off a couple of times and i not behined the table anymore so i'm no longer traped thatnx
