Already this case should be closed immediately, it appears that the opposite side has people throwing out whatever statements they can in desperation. Roke has only seen aftermath of the shop it appears, and nothing more, and this Gloran person who comes out of no where and says I killed people and lit silverbrand on fire which is absurd.

And why would I want to be invited

(alright i'm going to stop, this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen, if you want to start with OOC accusations then look toward yourselves at well, who are constantly applying OOC things into IC, like when Crosis and the others were using my OOC talk to find my location behind the building)

First off, I whacked you three times with a shield, how does three shield hits turn into nine deaths? You had no idea what was happening, did you not also notice that the two people following me were casting on you, and YOU DIED IN A FIRE. Oh and also....why dont you enlighten all of us and tell why you were being chased

I wasnt being chased in this situation. I accidently walked into a flame in town....i dont know why it was there. Then, i had to wait for people to move, so i could get to the cross. And you killed me 9 times while i was standing there. You say 3, i say 9. It WAS 9. but anyhow, i still died a lot just becuase of your stupidity. Even if it was a shield, when you are dead, anything can hurt you.

((i had 9 Go to the cross to get ressurected signs filling up my log file! Dont get into that crap of how you only did it 3!))

Your version is a "little" off. You were shouting Moshran chants, and you casted a whole firewall between the library and the shop, and I was behind you, and....oh it happen to be Crosis who was also following casting paralyze on you so you would stop running, there was also another person behind Crosis I think who I don't remember their identity.

You seem to not remember a lot of things, fooser. This is not what happend at all. My mind was altered by a dark wizard for a short period of time. I then overcame it, and went crazy for a few days. I then fled to the forest for about a month, and regained my strength. You version of my "a little off" is your lie.

I give up because my accused target was the Silverstar shop, and oh...Silverstar happens to be a big part of Lyrenzia..hmmm, this was a losing battle from the beginning, a biased court will eventually fall. Also the accusers happen to be in the guilds of Lyrenzia, two of them being representatives I believe. Oh and I happen to be protesting Lyrenzia and Silverstar merchant policies PEACEFULLY. Wow I am going to a court process that has found me guilty before it even started! This is great news! This is the best free entertainment that this town has had in quite a long time, this is very excellent indeed!

There has been more chaos AFTER the start of this so called "Government" system. Theyre job is supposedly to stop anarchy...but as long as they are around there will always be anarchy, I pity their situation.....even their memebers carry out vigilante acts, which they SAY they are against. You say you are getting rid of anarchy, but let me tell you first hand...it is still alive, it is still VERY alive. A group that just came in one day and said "we will be running things from now on"...though they did not say it quite that bluntly. First it was laws, then economic policies, then the judicial system...what is next? They will tell you where you can farm and where you cant, which seems to be a somewhat popular statement unfortunately. Then they will tell you how much gold you can mine, how much fish you can take, how much of a certain item you can make. It is turning into a command economy soon, telling people how much you have to sell your items for, and those who do not sell for that price are harassed, and in some cases even killed.

Where were these important guilds when Ashaktuul came? They must have been sleeping because they certainly weren't around when he did come. I witnessed two Ashaktuul attacks, and the end of another one, along with the very end of an orc attack, and the fighting force was mainly independent people.

The truth is, those who give up Freedom for security deserve neither. Time is a predator for this mess, it is waiting to pounce, and this system will fall eventually. And if there is a court session then I will not be attending, I have no reason to appease this group of jesters.

What do you mean i seem to not remember much? I just laid out all the details of the incident right down to the people, except the one person who I did not recognize. And you could have been turned into a skeleton for all I give a damn, you still did it, and were comprehended for it. And if you were under an evil spell, how do you remember that I killed you, if I did?

He has NOT been doing anything PEACEFULLY!

I saw him casting flames on that shop all day. He would cast a flame and then run into the shadows of the library every time someone saw him.

Witnesses also include ezo, Gloran Basilio, and myself, none of which are members of Lyreniza as far as I know.

Yes I have not seen you light the shop on fire however I have seen it burn and there are numerous witnesses, whom I trust wholeheatedly who have seen you do it.

Nilo you are wrong, I have already been found guilty, you know it and I know it. This Gloran Dwarf, I assume "it" is a dwarf, has no idea what they are talking about. Throwing Stars? Where did you get that from? Anyone can tell you that my aim(distance fighting) isnt too sharp...and I did not lay a finger on Ezo, even ask him if you want, though it is unpredictable what he will say now. Here's another questions, how many times has Mishrack been attacked? How many times has Nilo been attacked? How many times has Crosis been attacked? The answer to that is zero, I consider that somewhat peaceful at least. I have never targeted the living people inside any building, or outside it for that matter. And I don't recall damaging any roofs.

We are always ready to recieve feedback from our customers regarding our policies of shop-using and pricing.
It appears that you did not bother to send us any of your opinions, how may we improve our services if you concioder yourself too high to let us know what is wrong, and see putting our shop in fire as a right?

Did you know that the Grey rose also upholds the SMACC?
Isn't it quite amusing that you picked the defenseless guild of merchants as your target, rather than people who have the means to protect themselves?

I think there are some others out there who also accuse Dunthor of stealing, so I think we will wait a little and see who else wants to make their case before we start a trial for this. If anyone else also wants to charge Dunthor of stealing, then make your charges here and we should begin a trial in a day or two.

I've decided that I'll give you a response to this little protest. After all, it's better than your first attempt of burning things.

First of all, the "choas" around only proves that order and justice is needed. The "chaos" that is around has nothing to do with Lyrenzia being here. You are the first one protest through violence, and by your very own crime, you have yourself added proof that a justice system was necessary to punish law breakers.

You even said yourself that you woudn't appear in your court session, and yet you did appear. You had nothing to lose and only a shorter punishment to gain. A simple example of how this system can compell an accused to accept a defined punishment instead of having an unsolved conflict with the other party until who knows how long.

So what exactly is your problem with Lyrenzia? You think a growing civilization doesn't need law and order? You think that criminals shouldn't be punished? Someone has to do it. You don't trust those who make the decisions? Have you heard of something called the Public Election? If you think someone has what it takes to contribute then get them to run for the position. If there are indeed other people who also agree that this person is right for the job, then surely they will elect him.

You don't like SMACC? Do you see any law in Lyrenzia that says you must trade by SMACC or else? Do you know it existed long before Lyrenzia did? And you didn't protest? Before, this list was rigid and nobody changes or updates it, so now Lyrenzia now changes it according to economic changes, and you decide to protest NOW instead when you didn't before? Do you even know the purpose of SMACC?

So what problem do you have?
Obviously society needs law and justice, and each person (who has met reasonable conditions) can decide who and how to do it.
The power is your own hands. Lyreniza has created systems to let people decide.
You want some policy added? Then elect someone who agrees with you.
You want some policy removed? Then elect someone who agrees with you. If you want something, then gather people who want the same thing and say it. If you can't, then maybe what you want is not the opinion of the majority.

And where were the important guilds when Ashkatuul came? They were here fighting him off in the biggest battles long ago so that when you came, you could be standing here today in a town of people and not a demon island.

Oh wait.. you were not there.

I was one of the persons Defending the town when the orcs attempted to take over, Askathuul attacked, I was there.
This also applies to many others affliated with Lyrenzia, who were also there.

Many of us have defended the town far earlier before you were even born, Fooser. Do you think that these attacks are the first? Hah.
