paul, they are now accept new ACCOUNTS, this does not mean you can add chars, nobody has said they are accepting new chars, and its only 1 char per new account. GOSH  . and give me a quote from a mod if im wrong.

You are trying to create a new account. I believe there is only supposed to be one account per person. You add new characters to your already existing account.

or maybe they let two accounts per person, becuase eveyrone else, nearly everyone else, has two accounts. Paul only has 1 so maybe they are giving him an extra.

it clearly states that there will be 1 account per person, anyone caught trying to make another will have their accounts banned.

Yes it does really sound like you have just requested an account Paul......You shouldn't need awnser any questions but just get a character added to your existing account and well they said accounts can now only be created with one char so I guess noone is allowed to get a second one.

If one person has more than one account, that in my opinion defeats the original idea quite efficently.

well, it is only fair for the players... I have seen some people with 3 characters, but most have 2.

Hmm earlier today there was a person named "Mawthur Fahqure" online...how is it possible that they got an account? If you do not know what I mean, sound out the first name, it is really close to "muther", I think you can guess what the last name sounds like.

I think Grant was talking about this char: Mawthur Fahqure
Crosis saw him today and I realised within about 3 seconds why his name was bad.

Well I think you have a horrible job and also that you are increadably good at it, I can just imagine sitting there with all those names letters twirling back and fourth on the screen something is likley to get thru sometime that was not really intended but come on she is just human like the rest of us I would like to applaud her for her work.

Also I still wonder and wonder if it is possible for players with existing accounts to get another char added (perhaps not now since there may be enough to do with new accounts but when it eases up a bit) but I cannot find a complete awnser for this. And getting more than one account isn't the same and also is not allowed. So if anyone can really awnser this please do...

Well, I just decided although my name was obviously accepted (not my forum name) that I am not going to invest time in a game governed by people who judge the roleplaying capability of a person simply by looking at the characters chosen name.
I´m not talking about the "kewl dood"-names in the two lists, but about the - admittingly only few - names that make absolutely good fantasy names to me.
Put aside by someone whose name is a crippled version of a famous female elven character´s name in Lord of the Rings.

No thanks :(

I believe she does, but that doesn't matter. She was playing this game before the account acceptance thing and decided to stay with the name. She has every right to have that name, besides, she is a great role player... always sitting by a fire or taking a walk.

You may be thinking of Galadria, Grant... but anyway, Galdriel, are you a GM? I'm just curious.

to clear things up:
there exists Galadria, Priestress of Sirani, a nice elven lady
and there exists Galdriel, elven lady and GM-char, which makes the account here (have a look at the page for GMs).
These are two different persons.

Presumably, due to the workload that the GMs have, I may have to wait around a few months?

I've been waiting 10 days and no reply to my request. I haven't seen any criticism of my name on this board either.
