Demons in her sleep

Iris tosses in her sleep, the dream coming again. She's had it every night since her kidnapping, a horrible nightmare that changes and evolves but always stays hauntingly the same. First she relives her kidnapping, as if another person watching herself get dragged away. Then she's her again, watching the kidnappers morph into demons as they drag her into a cave. Then it's pitch black; she can see nothing, feel nothing, and all she can hear is the haunting voice of the demon.

"We will come for you again, only this time.. for real."

With that haunting sentence she always wakes up, heart pounding and sweat drenching her hair and clothes from tossing and turning, her mind trapped in that same nightmare every night..
