I for my Part will Process the Requests not by Date but by Quality of the chosen Name

I'm a little confused...exactly which part of the account request process is being stopped? I'm all the way up to where I need to reply to the questions...should I wait to send these in until it is announced that new accounts are being accepted?

One of my friends sent in a account request and he got accepted in an hour and he didn't recieve any questions.
