insults:
"Lice-bitten orc-bastard !"
"Nargun-kissed son of a shabby tavern wench !"
"Drown in Dragon-dung, you filthy son of a mangy donkey !"
curses:
"Adron's headache !"
"By the all-burning Fire-fart of Bragon !"
"By Irmorom's lice-infested ball-hair !"
"In the name of Moshran's hen-pecking grandmother !" <-watch out ! Bad things could happen to your char if you shout that name aloud. Therefore, using it would be really bad cursing...
Such things are much more apropriate ingame than any "simple" RL-expression. Generally : the more creative your inventions, the better. The more themes from the game background you put in, the better.
Suggestion : Invent and note a few of likewise sentences down before playing and use those regularily (or even make up a few new ones every some days), and you might end up adding something very characteristical to your char instead of accidentally insulting someone: Keep in mind that players who take IG-things personally (even IG-insults) may not have such a problem with things that are clearly connected to the game world and not to RL.
