The name rules are quite clear. If it doesn't violate one of them, then it is an acceptable name.

Well, I don't know if this breaks any of the rules (At least I don't remember that it would) but 'Alucard' is 'Dracula' other way around..

Woah, how did you figure that out?

I never saw that. Anyway, it doesn't seem against the rules, but Galdriel said that she won't accept it if she doesn't like it, even if its not too bad, and it works the other way around too.
