Suggestion for a peace agreement for the actual war

To all involved sides of this war

Regarding this war and thinking about the reasons of this war and how to end this war, I will try to suggest an in my opinion fair treaty to both sides.
As I see, there were faults on both sides, leading to this war.
Peace will only have a chance, if both sides take steps to one another.
Staying strict on their point of view, will bring no end to this war!

Some thoughts before to the situation, like it is shown here in the posts.

- Reacting on insults with killing is no proper acting.
- Insulting another race is also no proper acting.
- Assasination is a job with the risk of losing live by being catched and it is also the right of Citizens to hold the town free of paid killers.
- Helping a friend is a reason to stand at his side.

Due to this reason, I'm not able to say, which side is the one, who has acted really good. There are mistakes on both sides.

My proposal for a peace treaty is the following and I ask both sides politely to join it and end this war:

Peace agreement
between
Crosis, as leader of the hobbit side
and
Darlok as leader of the allied side

This agreement is guilty for the people, which are named by the leaders of each side.
All attacks between both sides have to be stopped.
Noone of both sides is allowed to attack someone of the other side in the future.
Live is unpayable. But as a sign of regret, each side has to pay 5 silver for each person, which was killed in this war.
There aren't further reperations , because there was no winner in this war.
Both sides apologize formly at each other.
Both sides apologize formly to the citizens of Troll's Bane for bringing the war into the town.
This peace agreement is guilty until one side gives a notice to terminate it. This termination has to be made public and actions against one of the persons in this agreement are first allowed one week after the date of the termination.
This peace agreement will be watched over by Lyrenzia Foundation and persons breaking this peace agreement will be punished by Lyrenzia Foundation.

I have made to many Compromises in my own Proposals to the Halfings, and always they refused them and urged me to made a step more in thier direction while they went two steps away from me.

I cant accept this.

Then this threaty is also forfieit, aragon I respect your efforts and there is nothing wrong with the threaty, its just this one can't be solved with talk, it needs to find it's natural end.

I dont think treatys work with darlok. He is only bloodthirsty.

I will sign the treaty ... I only killed Darlok in self defense so if I owe him 5 ingots, then 5 ingots I do owe him. The rest of my friends have killed and been killed many times and I think the score of deaths between them is even.

you owe me nothing. You are out of everything, if you dont act agressive towards my Person or any of my Friends.
As i noted on my last statement , which surely drowned in the flood of Crap coming from other Persons, i remove your Name form any Targetlist.
As i stated above this Proposal has no Relevance for me.

Darlok, I died twice, you died twice. We both owe each other 10 ingots. I propose we just let this go. Becuase I belive you owe us more then we owe you. So, if you agree, we will not make you pay anything and let all the debt go to 0.
