Help for my friend.

I have a friend who sent in a request for an account, and he got a note saying he was accetped. When he tried to log on, it said he wasn't accepted. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I have checked his character information and everthing and he didn't make any mistakes. What is going on?

You could look through the thousands of posting concerning the same topic or i simply repeat that it takes some time from accepting the account to the activation of it. I am sure this is written in the eMail your friend got.

yes it takes a little while for them to activate the account after being accepted, the same person doesnt do it all.

After I got accepted, my character was activated the next day.
