Fill the towns of illarion with more players!!

Hello everyone!! id like to open a discussion on how illarion can gain publicity and gather more players! i live in Australia so not many people are online when im awake. I know alot of people like the small comunity and ability to get to know everyone, but to me i beleive the game would be improved 10 fold simply by letting more people know illaion exists. Im sure there are many roleplayer out there who would love to sink their teeth into a game just like this, and id love to se the comunity grow to its full potential!! let people know about illarion!! now discuss away with all your might!!

Uh

They've been trying to do all that for the past few years.

I mean, once upon a time - to join illarion you needed

1. Make an account, and write a story beginning with the text given
2. Wait 2/3 days for the story to be read by a GM and accepted
3. If accepted - go to 4, Else, go to 1
4. Create a new character
5. Wait 1/2 days for the character name to be read by a GM and accepted
6. If accepted - go to 7. Else go to 4
7. Play

So yes, the approach IS trying to get more players.

Now the fastest way is through advertising, but that's really expensive. Other methods are 'voting on RPG list sites', but that's ineffective, especially since "Highest on RPG list site" <-> "Lots of players already"

Maybe they should sell t-shirts
