Der Gedanke hinter diesem einsenden der Konzepte ist, festzustellen ob eine Gilde aktiv ist oder nicht. Gilden die aktiv sind, werden es in einer Woche wohl schaffen sich zu rühren. Es besteht immer die Chance uns auch eine Nachricht zu schicken die aussagt "Wir sind aktiv, aber wir brauchen mehr Zeit für das Konzept".

Nunja ~eigentlich~ geht es ja nur ums ausformulieren und schreiben des Konzeptes. Ein Konzept haben solltet ihr schon immer - nach welchem Leitwerk sonst habt ihr die Gilde gespielt bzw warum habt ihr sie gegründet?

Das formulieren und schreiben ist eine Sache die je nachdem wie ausführlich du es machst 10-30 Minuten braucht - Wenn jemand keine 10 -30 Minuten Zeit in einer Woche hat, dann hat er nicht die Zeit eine Gilde zu führen.

Tschuldige bitte, Dji, aber nicht alle haben ein Konzept direkt fertig im Kopf, was nicht heissen muss dass es nicht existiert. Wir sind leider nicht alle Genies, und ein paar von uns haben grade stressige Prüfungsphasen (z.B. ich). Nur weil man sich nicht schnell mal ne halbe Stunde hinsetzt und irgendwas hinschmiert um das dann abzuschicken heisst es nicht dass man keine Zeit für die Gilde hat. Was mich betrifft, würde ich wenn ich schon ein Konzept verfasse deutlich mehr Zeit reinstecken - was dran liegen könnte dass ich da Perfektionist bin - um es so zu machen dass ich es ohne mich zu schämen herzeigen kann.
Ich meine nur nicht jedem ist es gegeben sowas mal eben schnell ausm Ärmel zu schütteln, es gibt auch Leute die müssen oder wollen nachdenken und was ausgereiftes abgeben... Und zwar vollständig, ohne später kleine Teilchen nachreichen zu müssen weil ihnen doch noch was eingefallen ist.

Übertreibt's nicht mit dem Wort "Konzept", das kann man sicher in ein paar kurzen, pregnanten Sätzen beschreiben.

Translation in a nutshell (since my German is really rusty and I can't translate it word for word).

"The idea is that by sending us a concept it will show if a guild is active or not. If a guild is active they have a week to put this together. This is the best chance for us to to have them tell us "We are active, but we need more time for the concept."

Dji goes on to agree stating that it only takes 10-30 min to get on the forums and write. If you don't have 10-30 min to get on the forums in a week, then you don't have the time to lead a guild.

And because my German really is rusty (and I only know it at an elementary level), hopefully Rhia's first scentance sums it up. "Not all have a concept directly in their head, what didn't develop(?) must not exist."

Thx Dantagon, I am quite impressed^^ although you got my sentence a bit wrong, but that is not your fault.

I actually stated that not everybody has their concept already finished in their minds, but that does not mean they don't have a concept at all. I also stated that some of us have stressy RLs and that they need to spend time f.e. learning for university, so they can't use it on writing another piece of work all of a sudden. Also 10-30 minutes is pretty short time to write a really good concept that you can show others without being ashamed because you could have done better spending more time on it,.
Then I said some of us can't write stuff like that without thinking about it a while before they do.

Well, that was it ^^. But I think you got me pretty well ^^. Keep it up!

Believe me, I was impressed myself that I understood most of the conversation. Especially after not having practiced German for over a year, glad to know I actually learned something in high school. I think I am better at transferring German into English than putting my English to German

And I have to agree. 10-30 min is enough time to check the forum perhaps, but I know it took me longer than that to create the indepth concept of the knighthood. Perhaps the concept can be broken down into a brief paragraph in that time. On the other hand, if a guild is already created, then there should already be a concept which is written down. Usually it is contained in the first post as a mission statement.
