It seems I ran into a bit of a problem. Suddenly my char got paralized, and couldn't walk. I believe this is pretty serious, don't you? What should I do?

That happens to me sometimes. Try pressing ctrl, it usually sticks you to the spot but only turns when you want to walk, something to do with the ctrl button.
Other than that log out and in again...

Maybe the server has frozen. For the players inside in this moment it is like getting paralized.

no, no server freeze, i got that too once. try to push yourself maybe, anyway, after logging out its gone...

It wasn't a server freeze, because yes, I could push myself. It seems to have gone away now. Would have made for great roleplaying, though!

You problaby had a key sticking somewhere. When this type of thing happens to me I hit all the keys, shift, alt, control, etc.. until it goes away.

Also, try double clicking and see if you would move.

No, I had no keys sticking, and it is gone, so I can do nothing any further.

I think I know what happened.

There is a bug with the new client that can make you unable to move without being pushed by yourself or others. This will happen the second time you try to open your bag while walking since you have logged in.

The only way to fix it that I know of is logging out and then returning to the game.
