A dead rabbit is hung by the Troll's Bane prison, it is held there headless, and would appear to have a note attached to it...

Is there no compassion for restoring a man
to contribute toward beliefs by ones name,
Or does the dark side of humanity now reek
in the town that they call Troll's Bane

Alexander tries to reach out the barred window for the dead rabbit but it seems it is just out of his reach.
Sitting down he feels a sharp pain in his stomach, and he realizes he has not eaten in days.
Clutching his stomach he manages to grunt a few words through clenched teeth "So much for honor! Letting a man starve to death inside your jail"

A small halfing walks by and see's the mans problem. Pops his head down to catch sight of the sorry bugger inside then thinks for a moment

"Poor rabbit, time for a proper rest for you"

At that the halfing lifts the rabbit up and starts to walk away grining to himself
