Declaration of War

To the Citizens of Trolls Bane!

I , Darlok, hereby declare that i consider myself in stand of war with the Halfings named:

Kirtar Toadfoot
Crosis
Nilo
Hermie
Bumbol Woodstock
Lenti (Elfish Traitor)

I will attack them everytime i see them on the Streets of Trolls Bane, without further warnings.
This also applies for the Persons allied to me in this Battle.
This fight last as long, as these Criminals walk in these Streets, have left the Island or have left the Realms of Living.
Everybody who allies with them will also be considered as a potential threat and therefore attacked unter all circumstances.

I welcome everybody who joins my side to get rid of these Halfing-Criminals and thier agressive Plans.

These are my Words and so it will happen.

After a long chase, quite breathless, Zerbus walks into the shop. He was already expecting Darlok to declare war upon the already named halflings. He reads through the declarations and grins. He then takes out some pergament and writes few words on it.

Where trouble is, I shant be far from it.
Where my friends are in need, I shant be far from them.
Where revenge is to be brought to my foe, I shant let them wait.
Where death promises to come swiftly, I shant disappoint it.

hm, Darlok, I shall join your battle although I shall not attack Crosis and Nilo, I will go for Kirtar. He offended me with baseless proof. He called me a "disgrace". Who is this halfing still wet behind the ears calling me a "disgrace"? This child gets what he deserves.

Darlock. Are you the one who killed the poor human who accidently dropped iron at your feet today?! If so I doubt those halflings are the trouble! I havn't seen them cause any trouble in town.

Darlok why put the people of this town in danger just to kill us 3 hobbits when you were the one to bad mouth the hobbit race and we didnt want to here it anymore so we took action. We don't want war. his friends include X Zerbus

Xerake walks slowly into the town of Trollsbane, dark black cloak covering everything but his eyes and the very large war axe he is carrying. As he sees notice of Darlok's decleration, he hides a broad grin behind the cloak...at last, a more organized fashion to exact the revenge on the bloodthirsty hobbits that have wronged him.

I join the both in you, Darlok and Zerbus, in your quest to slay the fools...by the way, don't forget the hobbit Hermie. He is the one that killed me, the only one that has yet to feel the power under my blade...

Xerake quickly scribbles his name on the end of Darlok's note, and vows to execute the best job he has ever done...

Stay away from the Streets and the Town of Trolls Bane, none of Mine shall hunt you further than just to the limits of the Town, atleast only if you dont attack him from outside.

Is there any way possible we can solve this peacefully? If so, then please attempt it. I'm not saying we have to solve this peacefully, I'm saying if there is a way to solve this peacefully, then try it.

Who are you, that you can decide, who is a criminal and who isn't a criminal?
Who has given you the right to take this judge in your own hand?
Who has given you the right to decide, who is allowed to walk on the streets of our town and who isn't allowed?

To all involved Citizens

Please take your quarrels outside the town.
Think at the citizens, at the wifes and at the children, playing on the streets.
If you have to solve this through war, than leave the town for the safety of all, who aren't involved.
The town is no war place!

UPDATE: Kirtar has been slain, despite the fact that he was covered head to toe in armor

I think if you rely on your intelligence a fly with 3 legs could slay you, no it was not with mosham, it was with Cherga.

And where did I say I was going to attack you directly.

Your last sentence makes me laugh, the first part and the second part. You shall see how much of a match this little cloud can be.

Even with my weak skills I shall not let killing go on in the town. If it even costs my life I will help the hobbits all I can. Even though it isn't much.

Xerake, you are the assassin, you murdered Kirtar, therefore you are the one who chose to be 'murderous' and 'corpse hungry'. When we asked you to name your 'client' you refused, you even murdered Crosis, that is why I killed you. I see this as an eye for an eye as you were the first to spill blood, though you only died once for the taking of two lives.

We the Hobbiteers would like to submit a treaty. We do not want this war at all. It seems that all of us have killed 1 or the other, but it must stop. Darlok, please accept this treaty of the Hobbiteers. We are a peace loving guild and do not wish to do battle with you.

Darlok! Don't you know that declaring war aginst someone or a group will just lead to revenge! That revenge will lead to more fighting and killing. Then we will all be right back where we started. If you declare war this Cycle of Death will continue and will never stop!

Is this how you teach people how to solve problems in your Academy? By KILLING! Sometimes I think you are responsible for the problems we've been having.

The only way to make peace is to solve the problems peacefully.
