I would like to ask when Noobia will be finished?

I have had a character there, helping new people. There are still the same craftsmen on "Holiday" as a year ago. The Miner, Farmer, Gemcutter and Carpenter are all not finished yet. Noobia is not finished yet. I had to explain this to a new person just last night, and it made me wonder.

Who is working on Noobia?

Can I help script the NPC's we need?

What else do we need to do to finish it?

Time. Perhaps adjusting the maps (I think there is a map for all remaining craftmasters, but perhaps not good enough.)
